Cancellation policy
- 21 to 14 days before the tour start time = 25% penalty on the total amount.
- 13 to 7 days before the tour start time = 50% penalty on the total amount.
- 6 to 3 days before the tour start time = 75% penalty on the total amount.
- Less than 3 days before the tour start time =100% penalty on the total amount.
Cancellations will have as valid date and time the moment of being notified by e-mail to info@personaltour.es.
Refunds: 100% of the amount in cases of force majeure beyond the control of Personal Tour that prevents the proper provision of the service.
Personal Tour reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel the course of the itineraries due to weather conditions, in cases of force majeure or due to circumstances beyond our control.
The reservation of the excursion implies the acceptance of these general conditions.
